Menu courses to be paired with each wine: Hand Rolled Pizza with Caramelized Onion, Goat Cheese and Prosciutto; Wild Mushroom Lasagna with Asparagus; Coq au Vin; Braised Short Rib with Spring Vegetables; Double Chocolate Mousse Cake or Dark Chocolate Cake of some sort
