Well it’s almost August and there’s been a lot going on, so let’s get caught up! We bottled all our 2004 reds near the end of June.  2004 Selene Cabernet Sauvignon, 2004 Selene ‘Chesler’ Red Wine, and 2004 Selene ‘Dead Fred Vineyard’ Cabernet Sauvignon.  I was very pleased with the way the bottling turned out.   [...]
